Some of our Marketing and Business Administration students had the opportunity on Tuesday, September 20th to attend The 2022 Economic Forum hosted by the Lake County Development Council! The Economic Forum was a great opportunity to network with local business leaders and enjoy an informative breakfast with Dr. Ted C. Jones, Chief Economist – Senior Vice President, Stewart Title Guaranty Company, who annually joins us from Texas. He shared all that we need, to prepare for growth and prosperity in 2023 – along with updates from the previous year. In addition, we were excited to welcome Michelle Gillcrist, Northern Ohio Regional Director – Office of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, to speak at this year’s Economic Forum. Michelle joined us to discuss Intel’s $20 billion investment in Ohio which the Governor’s office has put forth incredible effort and contributions to help secure this project.
